The CTP Insurance Regulator (“Regulator”) is committed to upholding the principals of transparency and accountability regarding the information it holds in accordance with the South Australian Freedom of Information Act 1991 (the Act).
Under the FOI Act you have a legal right to request access to documents held by the Regulator and can request the amendment of documents about you which are incomplete, incorrect, out-of-date or misleading, except where the information relates to a claim or action under Part 4 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1959 or Information gained under Part 3 of the Compulsory Third Party Insurance Regulation Act 2016 that is confidential information within the meaning of section 17(1) of that Act.
